Her major duties include: Lease renewal /early surrender/ cost saving negotiation and administration, Successfully monitoring property transactions and ensuring smooth takeover of leased property, Coordinating and maintaining up-to-date customer files, Ensuring timely repairs and maintenance of managed properties, Financial management and reporting, Ensuring smooth handover of the property, recovery of the security deposit and assisting in departure logistics.
